Agreement

These terms apply when you use www.luxro.shop or buy from Luxro (“we”, “us”). By using the site or completing a purchase you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to give accurate details when you buy.

Your account

After you buy, you receive login details for your course library. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the checkout page before you pay. You can pay in full or, where offered, in instalments.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay every instalment on its due date and you authorise us to charge your payment method for each one. A payment plan is a way to pay the full price over time. It is not a subscription you can stop part-way. If an instalment fails, we may pause your access until it is paid.

After checkout you may be shown optional extra products. You are only charged for an extra if you choose to add it.

Access

When you buy a course you get lifetime access. That means access for as long as the course is offered on our platform, with no expiry date set by us. If we ever plan to retire a course, we will give customers reasonable notice by email. Access depends on third-party services we do not control, so we cannot promise the site will be available without interruption.

Licence and acceptable use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view the course for your own private use. You must not:

• Share your login or let anyone else use your account.
• Download, copy, record, resell, publish or distribute the lessons or materials.
• Use the course content to create a competing product or to train software.
• Use the site in a way that is unlawful, or that harasses or harms another person.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your access without a refund.

Intellectual property

All videos, text, graphics, workbooks, names and logos on this site belong to Luxro or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Education only

The courses are general education. They are not professional advice, and we do not promise any particular outcome. Please read the Disclaimer.

Refunds

Our courses are digital products delivered immediately, so sales are final. The details, and the rights you keep under consumer law, are in the Refund Policy.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Links to other sites

The site may link to services run by others. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you buy is the one that applies to that purchase. For site use, the latest version applies from the date shown above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
