Who we are

Luxro (“we”, “us”) runs www.luxro.shop and sells online courses, including Stop Being Invisible. We are based in Victoria, Australia. For anything about your privacy, email [email protected].

What we collect

We collect:

• Details you give us: your name and email address when you fill in a form, and your billing details when you buy.
• Purchase records: what you bought, when, and how much you paid.
• Course activity: which lessons you have opened or finished, so the course can keep your place.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.
• Technical data: your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar tools.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as health details or government ID.

How we use it

• To take payment and give you access to what you bought.
• To send you account and order emails, such as receipts and login details.
• To send you emails about the course you started buying or bought, and related offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Payments

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. Your card details are entered on their secure form and are sent directly to them. We receive confirmation of the payment, but not your full card number.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run Luxro:

• Kajabi, which hosts our website, courses, forms and email system.
• Payment processors, to handle your payment.
• Video hosting and analytics providers, to play lessons and measure site usage.

These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your checkout, and measure how pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as login, will not work without them.

Marketing emails

If you give us your email address, we may email you about the course and related offers. You can stop these at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email or by emailing [email protected]. We will still send essential emails about a purchase, such as receipts and access details.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and purchase records for as long as you have access to a course, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting laws require. If you only joined our email list, we keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please choose a strong password and keep it private.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the GDPR or the CCPA, and we will honour them.

If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or your local privacy regulator.

Age

Luxro is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will tell customers by email.
